The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR No.40, dated 03.03.2021, registered under Section 306 IPC at Police Station City Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
