(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No.314 dated 16.10.2017 under Sections 61/1/14 Excise Act at Police Station Talwandi Sabo, District Bahtinda. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated December 08, 2017, petitioners have joined investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation.
In view of the above, order dated December 08, 2017, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
