Present petition has been filed by the petitioners for quashing of the complaint No.NACT/5244/2019 dated 17.08.2019, under Sections 138/141/142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, along with summoning order dated 14.11.2019 passed by learned JMIC, Faridabad. 2.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that on account of the settlement between the parties, issue has been resolved, and complaint has been withdrawn. To that effect, he produces copy of the order dated 03.10.2024 passed by JMIC, Faridabad, and the same is taken on record. Thus, counsel for the petitioners submits that present petition can be disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous. 3.

Ordered accordingly.
