Present revision petition has been filed challenging order dated 12.03.2025 whereby the application filed by the petitioners herein for withdrawing the amount, which was deposited in the shape of FDR in the name of Sarbjot Kaur for her treatment, has been rejected. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed an application being CM-8639-CII-2025 wherein all the relevant documents showing that the minor child of petitioner No.1, namely, Sarbjot Kaur is undergoing treatment for Tuberculosis have been appended.

In view of the above, let the amount, which is lying deposited in the shape of FDR in the name of Sarbjot Kaur be released to the petitioners forthwith for the treatment of Sarbjot Kaur.

Present revision petition is disposed off in the above terms. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
