Present petition has been filed seeking issuance of direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members from the hands of private respondents. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that FIR was registered way back on 27.04.2025, however, till date, nothing substantial has been done by the investigating officer.

On the contrary, learned State counsel submits that three of the accused, except resondent Nos.4 and 5, have already been arrested. 4.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition, with liberty to move an appropriate application, before the Court of Area Magistrate, in view of the judgment passed by Hon'ble Apex Court, in the case of Sakiri Vasu vs. State of U.P. and others, AIR 2008 Supreme Court 907.

Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty as sought and recorded here above.
