(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking prearrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.87 dated 10.06.2015 under Section 21(3) of Mines and Minerals Act, 1957 and 379 IPC at Police Station Makhu District Ferozepur. Admittedly, petitioner did not appear before the trial court on 20.11.2017 due to which his bail bonds were cancelled and surety bonds forfeited.

Under the circumstances, present petition is disposed. In case, petitioner surrenders before the concerned court within 10 days from today and applies for bail, his plea shall be decided on the same day.
