The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 17.02.2023 passed by this Court in CWP-3302-2023, whereby direction was issued to the respondents to treat the writ petition as a representation on behalf of the petitioner and decide the same within a period of two months and convey the decision to the petitioner.

In compliance of the order dated 17.02.2023 passed by this Court in CWP-3302-2023, affidavit dated 17.12.2024 of Siddharth Dahiya, Estate Officer, HSVP, Faridabad, along with speaking order dated VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2026.01.15 16:07 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

COCP-1422-2023 (O&M) -229.11.2023 (Annexure R-1), has been filed on behalf of the respondents before the Registry. The same is taken on record. 3.

In view of the above, since order dated 17.02.2023 passed by this Court in CWP-3302-2023, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 4.

Liberty is, however, granted to the petitioner to approach the respondents for remaining relief, if any.
