On the instructions of ASI Gurmej Singh, it has been informed that the petitioner has joined the investigation pursuant to interim order dated 15.2.2016, which was continued vide order dated 15.3.2016. Since recovery has not been made from the petitioner and has been involved in the case on the basis of disclosure statement of Sanjiv Kumar, the petitioner can be granted the concession of pre-arrest bail. The petition is allowed and it is ordered that in case of arrest of the petitioner, he will be released on bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the condition that the petitioner will join the investigation as and when required by the police and will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation.
