He states that he does not oppose the application for transfer of petition to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Nabha, District Patiala.

Accordingly, the application is accepted. The petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 titled 'Prag Gupta vs. Chandrika' Gupta is ordered to be withdrawn from the Court of Additional Civil Judge, (Sr. Divn.), Derabassi and transferred to Family Court at Partiala, who may take up the case while having a sitting at Nabha for disposal in accordance with law. The parties through their counsel are directed to appear in the transferee Court on18.10.2019. Copies of orders be sent to the Court of Additional Civil Judge, (Sr. Divn.), Derabassi as well as to the Family Court at Patiala for information and necessary compliance.
