On 25.04.2025 the following order was passed : " Learned counsel for the State at the outset has pointed out that as per Memo No.15/90-2025C-1(5) dated 25.04.2025, some of the payments have been paid and the remaining would be made within a period of five days. List on 05.05.2025."

Learned State counsel on instructions from Ashok Kundu, Joint Director C-1, Director Higher Education, Haryana, Panchkula states that the remaining payment has since been released in favour of the petitioners. 3.

In view of the above, the present contempt petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
