Behram dated 17.10.2019 as per which petitioner-Raj Kumar had passed away on 3.10.2013 due to prolonged illness. Death certificate has also been placed on record and the same is marked as Mark 'A'.

In view of the above, the proceedings against the petitioner stand abated.
