(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., the petitioner has prayed for anticipatory bail in case FIR No.207 dated 27.12.2016, registered under Section 22 of the NDPS Act, 1985 at Police Station Sultanpur Lodhi, District Kapurthala. The petitioner is directed to move bail application before the trial court, which shall be disposed of by ld. trial Court within a period of three days from the date of filing the bail application. In the meantime, petitioner shall not be arrested.
