(ORAL) Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Ompati, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation pursuant to the orders dated 27.2.2023 and 17.10.2022, and certain gold and silver ornaments were recovered from him. He had brought other alleged articles of dowry also, but the same were not accepted by the complainant on the plea that she would accept only gold and silver ornaments and cash given in the marriage.
