RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No. 251 dated 02.10.2018 registered under Section 20 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Baroda, District Sonepat.

On instructions from ASI Rajpal, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 29.10.2018, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
