(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No.128 dated 03.12.2018 under Sections 354-A, 354- D, 506 IPC, 1860 and Section 67 of Information Technology Act, 2008 and Section 3 (2) (va) of SC&ST Act, 1989 registered at Women Police Station, Palwal, District Palwal (Annexure P-1) and all other subsequent proceedings arising there from.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that challan in the present case has been presented on 02.04.2019; charges have been framed on 08.07.2019; whereafter the trial has commenced and out of 11 witnesses, 4 witnesses have been examined so far.
