' the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.104 dated 19.07.2011 registered at Police Station Sadar Tarn Taran under Sections 307/34 IPC and sections 25/27/54/59 of Arms Act and all consequences arising out of the said FIR are quashed.

The petition stands allowed in those terms.
