In the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the impugned show cause notice dated 06.04.2026 (Annexure P-5) issued by the Superintendent of Police, Nuh, whereby it has been proposed to withdraw the promotion order dated 26.03.2025 (Annexure P-2) vide which the petitioner has been promoted to the post of officiating Sub Inspector. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that although the petitioner has challenged the show cause notice dated 06.04.2026 (Annexure P-5) in the present writ petition, however, he wants to file reply to the abovesaid show cause notice. As such, he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition at this stage. 3.

In view of the above facts, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
