NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of appropriate order or direction to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to initiate appropriate legal action against respondent Nos.5 to 12 involved in causing injuries to the petitioner and grievous injury to his son and also outraging the modesty of his daughter-in-law after trespassing in his house. Issue notice of motion.

Mr.Hittan Nehra, Addl.A.G.,Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the State.

Heard.

It is stated that DDR in the present case already stands registered but the police is not registering any FIR and is not taking any action against the respondents.

It is further stated that complaint/representations, Annexures P-2 and P4 respectively, in this regard have also been given to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran MEENU 2020.08.20 15:10 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh

CRM-M-23516-2020 -2In view of the above, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the present petition at this stage with a direction to respondent No.3, i.e. Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran to look into the complaint/representations, dated 25.07.2020 and 01.08.2020, Annexures P-2 and P4, sent by the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
