Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 304 dated 22.05.2018, registered under Section(s) 13(2) of the Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan & Gausamvardhan Act, 2015, Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 and Section 120-B IPC at Police Station Nuh, District Nuh.

Petitioner has been arrayed as an accused in case FIR No. 304 dated 22.05.2018 and he failed to join the investigation and also to appear in the trial Court. Subsequently, petitioner was declared proclaimed offender on 10.04.2019.
