R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) CRM No. 7010 of 2015 Application is allowed and enquiry report (Annexure R-2) submitted by the SHO, Police Station Sadar, Kaithal is taken on record.

CRM-M-9485 of 2013 Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking direction to official respondents to protect life, liberty and property of the petitioner and his family members from the hands of private respondents.

Learned counsel for respondents no. 4 to 16 has referred to enquiry report (Annexure R-2) that complaint filed against the private respondents was enquired into and found false and action is JITENDER KUMAR 2015.04.30 10:08 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CRM-M-9485 of 2013 -2being initiated under Section 182 IPC.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that private respondents are not allowing the petitioner to enter in his village despite so many litigations are pending. In view of the above, I find that no further indulgence of this Court is required in the matter.

The only prayer was with regard to seeking protection to the life and liberty of the petitioner, but the parties are already litigating in civil and criminal proceedings before the courts. In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make comprehensive representation to the Superintendent of Police, Kaithal with regard to their life and liberty. If such a representation is filed within one month, the Superintendent of Police would look into the same and take appropriate steps, if required, in accordance with law.
