Learned counsel for the parties are ad-idem to the fact that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioner-senior citizen has died and keeping in view the settled principle of law settled by the Division Bench in CWP No.26286 of 2019 titled as 'Kidar Nath vs. Deputy Commissioner, SAS Nagar and others', decided on 29.09.2022, the proceedings would abate hence, joint request has been made that the present writ petition may kindly be disposed of having been rendered infructuous. 2.
