Mr. RS Sekhon, Advocate, for the petitioner Mr. C.S.Brar, DAG, Punjab Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Balwinder Singh, submits that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from him and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute and in the light of the submission of the counsel for the petitioner who has relied upon affidavit of the complainant Shishu Annexure P/4 that the parties have since effected compromise and the offences are not of serious nature, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 2.3.2015 is made absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
