This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No. 121 dated 01.07.2017 under sections 308, 323, 325, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station PS City, Phagwara, district Kapurthala. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated December 08, 2017 petitioners have joined the investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation. As regards communication gap between Advocate General office and Senior Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala, same has been resolved as unconditional apology has been tendered.

In view of the above, order dated December 08, 2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
