The petitioners have approached this Court seeking quashing FIR No.117 dated 15.4.2022, Police Station Sector-17, District Faridabad, under Sections 406, 409, 420, 468, 471, 506 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code and all subsequent proceedings emanating therefrom on the basis of a compromise effected between the parties.

Vide order dated 2.6.2022, the parties had been directed to appear before the Trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate so as to get their statements recorded qua the factum of compromise.

Report of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Faridabad has been received, wherein it has been reported that joint statement of petitioners/accused Pranav Garg, Satish Kumar, Ashwani Kumar, Shelly Garg, Lovleen Garg PANKAJ KAKKAR 2022.07.18 18:15 I attest to the authenticity and integrity of this document

( 2 ) CRM-M-25086-2022 (O&M) and also of statement of respondent No.2 namely Vikas Aggarwal have been recorded to the effect that they have compromised the matter amongst themselves.

Respondent No.2 namely Vikas Aggarwal in his statement has stated that he has no objection in case the FIR in question is quashed. 5.

Learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Faridabad has specifically opined that the parties have entered into compromise voluntarily without there being any pressure, coercion or undue influence.

In view of the aforesaid compromise and bearing in mind the law laid down by Full Bench of this Court in 2007(3) RCR (Crl.) 1052 Kulwinder Singh and others Vs.
