Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 63 dated 26.04.2019, registered under Section(s) 306 & 34 IPC at Police Station Pillu Khera, District Jind. Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case as they had earlier moved a complaint against the complainant and his parents. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is of the considered view that both the petitioners were named in the suicide note and there are specific allegations of harassment caused to the deceased at their hands. As such, no case is made out to grant the concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners and present petition stands dismissed.
