(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned State counsel has informed that the District Magistrate has considered the application dated 26.7.2022 for transfer of arms license from Maharashtra to Haryana and that the same has been declined vide order dated 12.9.2023. A copy of said order has been furnished by learned State counsel to this Court, which is taken on record.
