HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J The instant petition has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case registered or likely to be registered at Police Station, Sector 17, Chandigarh on the basis of application moved by Jaswinder Singh as detailed in head note of the petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner limits his prayer that respondent-State should be directed to comply with the provisions of Sections 41-A and 160 Cr.P.C. and to give an advance notice of at least 7 days, in case the petitioners are required to be called in connection with the complaint filed by said Jaswinder Singh.
