Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No.2 to 5 to adhere to the provisions of Chapter XII of the Code of Criminal Procedure and not to involve the petitioners in false case at the behest of respondents No. 6 to 19. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made a complaint/representation dated 31.5.2017 (Annexure P5) to respondent No.2- Director General of Police, Punjab and respondent No.3Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala, respectively, but the same remained unattended till now.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala, is directed to look into the complaint/representation dated 31.5.2017 (Annexure P5) and take required action, if any, as per law.
