(Oral) Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in a complaint case No.25-I dated 19.07.2013 wherein he has been summoned by Illaqa Magistrate to face trial for offences under Sections 420, 409, 467, 468, 471 and 506 IPC. Present petition is disposed of with a direction that in case, the petitioner surrenders before the trial court within 10 days from today and furnishes bail bonds to its satisfaction, he shall be admitted to bail subject to such terms and conditions as the trial court may deem fit to impose. Needless to say that this order shall be subject to conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
