Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.8, dated 23.01.2019, under Sections 406/498-A IPC, registered at Police Station Women Cell, District Jalandhar.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
