(ORAL) Grievance of the petitioner is that in compliance of the order dated 12.10.2022, the petitioner filed a statutory appeal against the order dated 28.06.2022 passed by the respondent No.3. The appeal has not been decided so far despite mandatory provision in terms of Regulation 11 of DHBVN (Punishment and Appeal) Regulations, 2006. Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Vishal Garg, Advocate/panelist counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent No.2.
