**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 8 dated 2.3.2014, registered under Sections 452, 354, 376 IPC, Police Station Nandgarh, District Bathinda. Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 8.12.2017, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
Looking to the circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 8.12.2017 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i) (ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
