Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Lakhwinder Singh, Police Station, Ghagga, District Patiala, submits that the petitioner is involved in two more cases arising out of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition and prays for withdrawal of the same at this stage.

Dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of the fact that the petitioner is a lady and is behind the bars from 02.09.2013, learned trial court is directed to follow the directions issued by Hon'ble the Supreme Court in the matter of Thana Singh vs. State of Central Bureau of Narcotics (2013) 2 SCC 603.
