The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.PC seeking direction to official respondents to look into the representation dated 18.01.2023 (Annexure P-1) submitted by the petitioners against the private respondents and to decide the same in accordance with law. 2.

Notice of motion.

Mr. Adhiraj Singh, AAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that let this petition be disposed of only with a direction to respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur, District Hoshiarpur to consider and decide the representation dated 18.01.2023 (Annexure P-1) alleged to have been submitted by the petitioners against the private respondents and to decide the same in accordance with law.

Accordingly, without commenting upon the merits of the claim of the petitioners and even the assertions set out in the petition, the present petition is disposed of only with a direction to respondent No.2 that if any such PARVEEN KUMAR 2023.05.12 19:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
