(Oral) In the present writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that she has been declared failed in the practical examination of the M.D. Pediatrics vide result dated 24.07.2020 (Annexure P-16). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said failure is attributable to the biasness of the private respondents and the petitioner has not been adjudged on merits. Learned counsel further submits that after the declaration of the result, the petitioner has submitted representations dated 30.07.
2020 (Annexure P-18) and dated 07.08.2020 (Annexure P-19) to the Vice Chancellor of the University and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a time bound direction is issued to the Vice Chancellor NARESH KUMAR 2020.08.
CWP 12160 of 2020 i.e. respondent No. 3 to decide the same by passing an appropriate speaking order in accordance with law.

Mr. Teevar Sharma, Advocate, who has joined the proceedings through video conference, keeping in view the service of advance copy of petition, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 4. Learned counsel for respondents No. 1 to 4 states that he has no objection in case a direction is issued by this Court to decide the representations dated 30.07.2020 (Annexure P-18) and dated 07.08.2020 (Annexure P-19) in a time bound manner by passing an appropriate speaking order.
In view of the request made, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case or the claim being made by the petitioner, respondent No. 3 is directed to decide the representations dated 30.07.2020 (Annexure P-18) and dated 07.08.2020 (Annexure P-19), by passing a speaking order within a period of one month.
Present writ petition stands disposed of.
