The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.04 dated 12.05.2021, under Sections 406, 498-A IPC, 1860, registered at Police Station NRI Bathinda (Annexure P-1) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition submitting that the aforesaid FIR No.04 dated 12.05.2021 has already been quashed by this Court on the basis of compromise, as such, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
