RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) At the outset, learned State counsel submits that there is no threat perception to the petitioner from any corner. A Special Investigation Team, was constituted by the Commissioner of Police, Faridabad, in this case and after thorough investigation, it was found that the instant petition filed by the petitioner is baseless.

In view of the above, the instant petition being, without any substance, is dismissed.
