In the present petition, the prayer of the petitioner is for issuance of direction to the respondents to decide the appeal dated 02.10.2025 (Annexure P-5) filed against the order dated 19.09.2025 (Annexure P-4), whereby the petitioner has been ordered to be delisted from the register of the respondent No. 1, wherein it has been registered as Registered Unrecognized Political Party (RUPP). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed an appeal dated 02.10.2025 (Annexure P-5) against the order dated 19.09.2025 (Annexure P-4) before the appellate authority but the same is still pending consideration with the appellate authority and the appellant (petitioner herein) will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a direction is issued to the appellate authority to decide the same in a time bound manner by passing an appropriate speaking order.

CWP-11512-2026 (O&M) present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent No. 1 and submits that in case, any appeal dated 02.10.2025 (Annexure P-5) against the order dated 19.09.2025 (Annexure P-4) has been received in the office of the concerned authorities and the same are still pending consideration with the authorities concerned, the same will be decided by the competent authority within a period of two months of the receipt of certified copy of this order by passing an appropriate speaking order in accordance with law and by giving due opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned. 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present appeal may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. 6.
