NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this first petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 to arrest respondent No. 4 in case FIR No. 13 dated 18.01.2016 registered under Section 376 IPC at Police Station Sadar Fazilka, District Fazilka. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition as the same has been rendered infructuous, in view of the fact that after completion of investigation, the police had prepared the cancellation report way back in the year 2017. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
