*** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that present complaint was nothing but a counter-blast to FIR No. 13 dated 21.1.2010 lodged against the wife and son of the complainant by petitioner No.1. He further submits that present compliant was nothing but blatant misuse of process of law. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners at the considerable length, after careful perusal of the record of the case, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial court that when the petitioners appear before the learned trial court on the date already fixed, i.e. 16.3.2015, they shall be admitted to bail pending trial on their furnishing adequate bail bonds and surety bonds.

Disposed of, accordingly.
