Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Petitioner has sought quashing of order dated 11.7.2014 whereby he was declared proclaimed offender pursuant to FIR No.80 dated 18.6.2013 registered at Police Station, Kambo, District Amritsar under Sections 382, 34 IPC.

On due consideration of the matter, no ground for quashing the order declaring the petitioner as proclaimed offender is made out. However, in case, petitioner surrenders before the trial court within 10 days from today and applies for bail, his plea shall be decided within 3 days thereafter.

Disposed of.
