R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in FIR No. 133 dated 22.06.2014 for offences under Section 21 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, registered at Police Station Maqsudan, District Jalandhar.

Learned State counsel does not dispute the fact that petitioner was arrested in the instant FIR on the disclosure made by the co-accused from whom the recovery was made but no recovery of contraband article was made from the petitioner after he was arrested.

The petitioner is in custody since 06.08.2014 and it will take sometime in conclusion of the trial.

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, the instant petition is allowed and the petitioner be admitted to bail on furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

Allowed in the above terms.
