The present Civil Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondents especially respondent No.3 to withdraw/revoke the order dated 10.10.2017, Annexure P-1, vide which the petitioner was dismissed from service.

Learned counsel would submit that during the pendency of the present petition, the petitioner was reinstated, however, his pay has not been fixed as yet, for which he seeks liberty to file representation, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner. 3.

Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. However, in case the petitioner submits a representation, as stated above, within a period of one month, the respondents are directed to decide the same expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of its receipt.
