RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.
Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0113, dated 17.08.2019, under Sections 306/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Kabarwala, District Sri Muktsar Sahib, Punjab. Vide order dated 22.07.2021, the petitioner was directed to join investigation.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to the order dated 22.07.2021, the petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Shivraj Singh, endorsed that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more MEENU 2021.11.18 17:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
