PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.16 dated 04.02.2015 registered under Sections 427/506 IPC and Sections 3/4 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 at Police Station City Hoshiarpur, District Hoshiarpur. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Vide order dated 09.04.2015 arrest of the petitioner was stayed and he was directed to join the investigation. On instructions from ASI Manjit Singh, learned State counsel informs that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.
