******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that as required by the petitioner Special Investigating Team (SIT) comprising of Superintendent of Police (Investigation), Hoshiarpur, Inspector, CIA Staff, Hoshiarpur and Station House Officer, Dasuya has been constituted in this case and further investigation is in progress.

The petitioner has sought entrustment of investigation of case bearing FIR No. 159 dated 22.10.2017, registered at Police Station Dausya, District Hoshiarpur to some independent agency or SIT. As the SIT has been constituted in this case, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to SIT to investigate the case expeditiously.
