(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 to 5 to entrust the investigation of case FIR No.627 dated 19.11.2015 registered under Sections 279, 304-A IPC, Police Station Hodal, District Palwal to CBI or some High Ranking Officer.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Palwal, is directed to get the matter investigated under his surveillance. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 3-Superintendent of Police, Palwal to get the matter investigated under his surveillance, within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
