1. The instant petition was filed by the petitioner Kirpal Singh assailing order dated 31.7.2015 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patiala vide which an application moved by him for releasing an amount of Rs. 6,75,000/- on Superdari was declined.
2. It has been informed that the trial already stands concluded and the petitioner alongwith other two co-accused stands acquitted vide judgment dated 27.2.2023 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patiala.
3. Having regard to the aforestated position i.e. the trial having been concluded, there would be no question of releasing any amount or any article on Superdari. The said prayer as well as the instant petition are rendered redundant and are disposed off as such.
