Learned State counsel, who appears on advance notice, submits that the petitioner's appeal, filed by him before respondent No.1, challenging therein the order dated 17.03.2026 (Annexure P-5) of the first Appellate Authority, shall be decided within a period of 10 days from today through passing of a reasoned order and after complying with the principles of natural justice. 3.
