(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC is for quashing of complaint No.6 dated 19.01.2017 under Sections 307/323/452/506/379/182 IPC registered at Police Station Phillaur, Police Distt. Jalandhar Rural, District Jalandhar, Punjab (Annexure P/2) titled as "Gurbaksh Kaur vs. Sukhdeep Kaur & Ors" pending before SDJM, Phillaur and summoning order dated 24.07.2018 (Annexure P/3). Learned counsel for respondent No.2, who is appearing on behalf of the petitioner in the connected case (i.e. CRM-M-12448-2019) submits that compromise quashing(s) (i.e. CRM-M Nos.33966 & 33967 of 2023) in respect of the FIR No.366 dated 12.10.2017 as well as the said complaint & summoning order (Annexures P/2 & P/3) have been filed before this Court, which are pending adjudication and therefore prays for withdrawal of the present petition(s).

Accordingly, in view of the statement of learned counsel for respondent No.2, who is also appearing in the connected case (i.e. CRM-M12448-2019) on behalf of the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
